Traditional Fibre Screeds

Traditional floor screed has been an industry favourite for over 50 years, it can be used in all sectors, we always incorporate fibres into our mixing process. This screed can be laid from SR3 to SR1 tolerances and dries out at a rate of 1mm per day. Thickness from 25mm bonded, 50mm unbounded, 65mm floating floor/underfloor heating.

Liquid Screed

Liquid screed is used when time is an issue as up to 1000m2 can be installed in one day. It dries out at rate of 1mm per day, but can be forced dried with underfloor heating. Thickness from 40mm to 65mm.

Fast Drying Screed

We can offer a wide range of products from leading industry suppliers such as Ardex and Flowcrete, drying times range from as little as 24 hours fully dry to 3mm per day as with the traditional screed it is 1mm per day.

Thin Section and Leveling Screeds

Thin screeds can prove tricky for most screeding contractors, but at miles flooring we pride ourselves with the ability to lay screeds where coverage is an issue with various levels to work off. This scred can be laid as low at 10mm, with polymer enhancement.
